Introduction:

1. What is PCTC?
In 1965, MOL launched the first pure car carrier (PCC) to meet the needs of Japan's burgeoning automobile export trade. Since then, as a pioneer in automobile transport, we have offered continual improvements to the safety and reliability of our car carrier service, as well as expanding to meet a globalizing market.
The capacity of the first PCCs was about 1,200 automobiles, but today's pure car and truck carriers (PCTCs) accommodate all types of vehicles, from passenger cars to construction machinery. With up to 13 cargo decks, PCTCs can transport 5,000 standard passenger cars at once.

2. Job description:
(1) Drawing up a cargo pre-stowage plan in accordance with a cargo booking list after due consideration about the distinctive character of the cargo.
(2) The directions and the superintendence to the stevedore who handle the cargo operation based on the pre-stowage plan.
(3) Communication with RoRo-Terminal/Agent about the vessel operation.
(4) Have business trip to visit the vessel and monitor the cargo operation in the RoRo-Terminal like Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen etc.
(5) Need overtime working in office and in the RORO Terminal.
(6) Assist Master of the vessel to take charge to prepare or adjust the pre-stowage plan, working procedure when the vessel berthing.
(7) To prepare necessary report and system updating after the vessel sailing from each port.
(8) To monitor other vendor to provide service as required, i.e. cargo survey, dunnage supply.
(9) To collect update information from shipping agents, port authority, terminal, harbor master, depot and any other necessary vendors or authorities for port development, policy and regulation change and update to principals.
(10)Make good cooperation and coordination work with other department(business team, vessel operators in overseas MOL offices) according to working procedure.

1. Graduated from Maritime university or Foreign language university (major in Japanese) with one year and above working experience.

2. Good command of English or Japanese,CET-6 or JLPT-1.

3. Have good skills of PC and software.

4. Have business trip in China frequently and may have night shift, hard work spirit is necessary.

5. Have a passion for Marine Technical Knowledge.

I. 什么是PCTC？（Pure Car and Truck Carrier）

在1965年,商船三井（MOL）为了满足了日本汽车出口贸易迅速发展的需求，推出了首个纯汽车运输船(PCC),。自那时起，作为一个汽车运输企业的先锋，我们已经对我们汽车承运人服务的安全性和可靠性的进行了持续的改进，以满足不断扩大的全球化市场的需求。

我们首次推出PCC时的装载容量大约是1200台标准汽车,而今天的PCC和PCTC几乎可以容纳从小汽车到大型工程机械的所有类型的车辆。配备有13层的装载甲板的PCTC一次可以传输5000标准轿车。

II. 职位描述：

1) 按照货物预订名单并且适当的考虑货物的独特特点来拟定货物预定货运配载计划。

2) 基于预定货运配载计划，现场指导和监督码头工人对货物的装卸操作。

3) 与滚装码头/代理进行船舶作业等事项的沟通。

4) 经常进行出差工作，到上海、天津、厦门等地的滚装码头登船进行货物作业监督。

5) 根据需要，在办公室或者滚装码头进行不定时的加班工作。

6) 负责协助汽车船的船长准备或调整预定货运配载计划和船舶靠泊期间的工作程序。

7) 船舶开航后，准备必要的报告和相关信息的更新并且对相关人员进行汇报。

8) 负责监控其他供应商按照要求所提供的服务，例如货物检验,垫料供应等。

9) 按照港口发展和政策法规变化，及时从货运代理,港务局、码头、堆场以及其他必要的供应商或当局收集相关的更新信息并汇报。

10) 根据工作程序，充分做好与其他部门(销售业务团队、MOL海外办公室船舶操作团队) 的合作和协调工作。
