Reports To: Operation Dir.

Mission:

The role of Operational Manager is to direct all aspects of the day-to-day operations in the local organization to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.

Responsibility:

-To establish operating budgets.
-To monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standard
-To set and monitor the performance of the operation against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, legal compliance, and human resource management.
-To develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures to ensure that the operation meets it current and future production targets and quality standards.
-To allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
-To lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals to ensure that the operation meets its established targets and standards.
-Other duties as assigned.
