Job Description & Responsibilities:
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Science
·Specialist compensation and benefits experience including strategy development and Remuneration Review management, preferably within a services or multinational corporation environment.
·Some generalist HR experience would be useful.
·Technical: developing Remuneration strategy and ranges, project managing Remuneration Reviews, Remuneration modeling, Bonus scheme development, Recognition scheme development, and Benefits negotiation.
·Strong numerical analysis skills.
·Developed technology skills
·Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin language skills are very desirable.
·Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong internal client and supplier relationships.
·Client service focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility.
·The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
·A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
·A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands
·A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team.
