1. Help manage the business relationships between Everpure and a third party service organizations in a defined multi-state area, including recruiting, training, auditing and some contract negotiations.
2. In conjunction with the ROMs and Regional Sales Manager, assist Master Distributors in recruitment, training and support of Everpure Water Authority service dealers.
3. Provide technical support to select National Account customers in conjunction with Account Managers.
4. Provide technical assistance to internal Project Managers.
5. Assist ROMs with supporting Pentair Regional sales staff as they develop distribution channels including making sales calls, conduct training, etc.
6. Conduct technical training in to build a solid technical base within the company and the region.
7. Help identify new product opportunities for the foodservice and residential markets and drive those ideas back to our engineering team via Tech 21 or current engineering processes.
8. Support and help grow the Top 15 global account efforts.
9. Provide insight on stocking spare parts including the establishment of a spare parts depot, especially for RO products.
10. Must have the ability to develop strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred;
2. experience in technical field required. Certified Water Specialist (WQA) ideal.
3. HS diploma or equivalent required.
4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Must be performance and profit orientated.
6. Must have tenacity and persistence and be willing to travel 50%.
7. Must have strong technical aptitude and communication skills to conduct technical presentations.
8. Prefer some foodservice industry experience.
