Job Description:
1. Work with procurement/sourcing manager to develop and implement sourcing plan/project for assigned commodities to achieve annual plans for cost reductions, payment term and inventory turnover improvements. Track and report progress through project tracking database and other reporting tools.
2. Work with procurement/sourcing manager to support all new product development projects to ensure achievement of materials target cost, project timeline and quality of the chosen supply chain.
3. Establish and maintain supplier relationship at appropriate level and use corporation’s supplier assessment matrix to improve supplier performance.
4. Apply corporation’s procurement systems and tools to achieve best efficiency. Ensure all critical documentations(such as non disclosure agreements, quotations, contract and agreements)
5. Conduct products localization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering.
2. Minimum of two years purchasing experience, experience in automotive is preferred.
3. Highest standards for performance and ethics
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills
5. Self starter that requires minimum supervision
6. Knowledge of quality and its fundamental business applications
7. Good command of basic MS software programs
8. Good command of both oral and written English
