Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for implementation and maintenance effectively ISO9001 quality management system and continually
improve its effectiveness.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Establish, develop and conduct continuously quality control process.
- Make and maintain control plan.
- Provide coaching and training to quality inspectors and workers.
- Control scraps and non- conformity of finished products.
- Solve the internal quality problems as leading role.
- Participant relevant projects as quality function.
- Be responsible for product certificate, manufacturing licence.
- Mange measuring and testing instrument and equipment.
- Any other assignment from management.

Normal Minimum Position Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Machinery or related discipline.
- At least 5 years in quality management experience, especially in foreign manufacture corporation, and be familiar
with various measuring and testing instruments.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Good analytical, judgment, coordination, origination and communication skill.
- Very good problem solving ability, good computer skills,and can work under pressure.
- Be familiar with motor or pump manufacture is preferred.
- 6-sigma Green Belt is preferred.
