主要职责：

- 按照集团项目管理规范，带领项目团队全程跟踪项目直至项目达成，建立和维护完善的项目档案；

- 作为公司商务、产品开发、质量策划、生产技术的协调人与客户及公司内部各部门保持良好沟通以保证项目顺利进行 ；

- 负责项目管理，从时间、质量、成本和范围角度，制订项目实施计划并跟踪管理，以达成项目预期；

- 积极、有效的对接客户方项目组织，了解和识别客户需求，汇总项目状态和问题清单，跟进问题的解决和关闭，维持和提高客户满意度；

- 在投标项目风险评估, 合同审核方面协助销售人员；

- 协助销售部门审核新项目, 准备项目方案和项目文件；

- 协助财务部门对当前项目进行项目费用分析, 记录和成本控制, 对已完成项目进行项目审核。

任职资格：

- 本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业优先；

- 三年以上项目管理经验，具备汽车行业项目管理者优先；

- 具备良好的团队合作精神和时间计划性，善于应对挑战；

- 具备积极的项目跟进和客户导向意识，较强的问题解决和关闭能力；

- 较强的协调与项目管理能力；

- 较强的中英文书面和口头表达能力，善于沟通。
