职位描述

- 协助主管经理对所辖销售团队进行日常管理，培训培养团队成员成长/达成销售目标；

- 协同销售团队拜访重点客户，给予销售人员及时有效的指导和在岗培训；

- 负责市场、竞争对手动态的收集反馈和应收款的管理；

- 配合主管经理与其他部门协调，确保团队运作顺畅；

- 协助主管经理根据当地市场情况制定并完善产品策略、销售策略；

- 执行公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

- 大学本科及以上学历；

- 三年以上一线销售经验；

- 二年以上销售团队管理经验者优先；

- 对公司制定策略的快速反应、执行能力；

- 能及时有效地发现业务运作中存在的问题以及创造性地解决问题；

- 具有良好的团队合作精神，乐于接受挑战，有优秀的人际沟通能力和语言表达能力；

- 熟练使用Internet及Office办公软件
