岗位描述：

１根据程序对进厂原材料进行测试，严格按照标准进行，保证结果及时准确的传递到质量工程师和其他相关人员，对不合格品要保证处于控制之下，以免误用。

２按照在线检验计划执行在线测试，并及时反馈到生产中，确保产品质量。

３检查确认在线流变测试各项信息是否准确。

４检查确认标签打印各项信息是否准确。

５检查确认胶条的尺寸是否准确，检验隔离剂浓度是否符合要求。

６对不合格品按程序处理，防止不合格品发给客户。

７根据计划留存样品，标识清楚后保存在样品柜内或装到盒子里。

８订单完成后在thonis里完成实验室报告，包括批次号，配方增加，包装信息等。

９出具一份产品检验报告和实验室报告一起存档，另一份检验报告随货物发给客户。确认不合格品批次的检验信息没有包括在内。

１０配合新配方的研发，执行技术工程师所要求的其他测试。

１１执行质量工程师关于质量体系的要求。

岗位要求：

１两年以上橡胶行业的工作经验

２熟悉混炼胶的基本知识

３熟练操作橡胶行业实验室检验设备，检验混炼胶物理性能。

４有一定的计算机操作技能，能看懂简单的英语。

５能够倒三班，胶南当地的优先。

待遇：五险一金，双休，国家法定带薪年休假，超出正常工作时间，一律按国家规定支付加班费。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE).
