Property Manager(Based in Qingdao, China)

The Shangri-La Centre, Qingdao is a commercial complex which consists of a Grade A office tower and a retail arcade adjacent to the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao and is managed by the hotel.

Working in the Property Management Team, you will be based in Qingdao and report administratively to the General Manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao and functionally to the Realty Division of the company’s headquarters in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

? Manage the leasing and property management of the centre
? Negotiate with prospective tenants on leasing terms and conditions
? Supervise a local team for the leasing and daily operations

Experiences and skills required:

Mandatory:
? 8 years’ relevant experience in leasing or property management
? Solid experience in managing first class office or retail developments
? Able to handle leasing and tenancy administrations independently
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
? Good command of written English and Chinese

Preferred:
? Bachelor degree in property-related disciplines
? Exposure in commercial property market in Mainland China

Attributes:

? Proactive, highly organized and possess strong business sense
? Strong leader as well as good team player
