Job description

- Manage china supplier in quality control and process improvement

-Manage supplier quality, to achieve global PPM and site PPM target

-Carry out supplier audits and assessment with tools(SESPA), for technical capability and product quality control, risk assessment

-Perform sample inspection, document review, periodic process verification / audit, etc to supplier, make sure following Edwards requirement.

-Work closely with sourcing engineer / factory people in new project execution stage, Provide technical support, quality requirement and training to supplier to ensure project success and stable quality in production.

-Use quality tools, such as SPC/SPK, control plan, FEMA, 8D etc. to build up, develop and control supplier process, especially for product quality control

-Set up process audit plan align with other site factory plan, and conduct it professionally.

-Monitor supplier performance, do issue investigation, follow up and ensure corrective action implemented at supplier with 8D discipline and Close-out

-Manage supplier use correct material for Edwards product

-Manage Edwards property (tooling, tester etc.) is managed well in supplier site.

-Reply email on time, within 24hours is normal way. Same day reply if in office.

-Lead suppliers to reply Edwards email within expected time.

-Teach suppliers to complete corrective action/8D within expected time.

-Travel with sourcing team members or over-sea quality team for supplier improvement.

-Collect quality data/information and make quality report.

-Complete other project assigned by manager
