Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Office Stationary and furniture purchasing

2. Telephone bill payment

3. New clinics and hospitals set up support

4. Housekeeping stuff purchasing

5. Facility stuff purchasing

6. Medical consumables replenishment purchasing, and planning;

7. Help with new hospitals and clinic setup issue on medical consumables purchasing;

8. Help with monthly inventory top level report for Chindex,availability reports for BJU Financial Dept.as well as other management reports and analysis as required;

9. Vendors evaluation and compliance management;

10. Goods delivery follow up;

11. Payment authority fills in and follows up.

12. JCIA coordination

13. Help with physical stock checking other requirements from facilities or all staff’s purchasing related issue

14. Help with physical work checking
