Job Description
Responsibilities
1. To maintain, generate and manage new accounts and client relationships with the aim of introducing membership programs and group services to clients such as corporate businesses, embassies, schools, expatriate compounds and community groups. Responsible for managing, building and maintaining strong working relationships with corporate clients.
2. Contact new potential customers and promote the membership programs of BJU hospital.
3. Good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop productive client relationships.
4. Follow-up on client requests with administrative work.
5. Provide hospital tours for customers.
6. Relationship management with existing customers.
7. Supervise and cooperate with Membership Coordinator to process membership cards.
8. Supervise and maintain membership and client database.
9. Prepare marketing materials.
10. Direct marketing to clients on all hospital activities and products.
11. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly client status and activity reports
12. Maintain CRM database
13. Source competitor information
14. Create PowerPoint presentations
15. Seek sponsorship opportunities: sports events, school fairs and business functions.
16. Set-up strategic alliances with important partners in the market like: travel agencies, real estate companies, moving companies and property managements

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s (University) Degree
2. At least three years of sales\/customer experience in account management.
3. Result driven
4. Previous experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients, will also need experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
5. Good computer (MS Office) skills
6. Professional presentation and manner
7. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
9. Communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to deal with people at all levels within an organisation
10. Friendly and professional person, trusted by clients and colleagues and driven to succeed.
11. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
12. Easy in contacting people (at all levels in the customer organization and within the hospital).

14. Positive attitude towards sales activities like: traveling, calling new customers, introducing BJU hospital services and membership program, accurate follow-up to each customer.
15. Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.
