职位概述

1. Provide liaison among medical specialists, hospital physicians and patients including special cases and trouble-shooting issues as assigned. 2. Provide liaison between patients and local hospitals to carry out the outside hospital medical procedures and hospital transfer. 3. Workload monthly statistic for part-time physicians and consultant.

岗位职责

1. Provide liaison among medical specialists, hospital physicians and patients including special cases and trouble-shooting issues as assigned.

2. Develops and maintains a monthly status reports and database of patient referrals，consultation, examination, treatment and maintain statistics on them. Provide the related report accordingly as required by CGRD manager.

3. Organizes orientations to the hospital for all consultants.

4. Is available to hospital medical staff (including ER physicians) for advice on choice of consultant.

5. Is available to act as a translator if necessary for patient-consultant encounters

6. Under the direction of the Clinical Government Relations Department Manager, performs quality improvement initiatives with regards to consultants.

7. Is available to translate consultant’ reports from Chinese to English or vice versa.

8. Collecting and statistic workload of consultants and part-time physicians monthly.

任职条件

1. Nursing degree or medical background is preferred

2. Medical administration experience is preferred

3. Proficiency in Written and Oral English and Mandarin

4. Native Mandarin speaker, fluent oral and written English language skills

5. Ability to work efficiently with all related departments, staff, patients and external consultants.

6. Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, ability to identify problems and recommend solutions

7. Computer ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
