Implementation of the Quality & Safety plan under the direction of the Director of QEHS Oversight of the policy and forms database for BJU
岗位职责
1. Assist the Senior Manager Quality &Safety in support of JCI Accreditation, including:
2. Maintaining the master index of all BJU policies, procedures and forms
3. Formatting policies and procedures,
4. Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures,
5. Ensuring no policy overlap or redundancy
6. Assisting in staff education for quality and safety
7. Internal audits
8. Code drills and facility inspections
9. Quality Monitor report preparation
10. Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators,prepar ation and presentation of reports
11. Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions
12. Assists with Health bureau inspections and audits with follow up reports
任职条件
1. University graduate
2. Minimum 2 years hospital administration experience
3. Clinical qualification preferred
4. Has medical background
5. Excellent English
6. Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and to create PowerPoint presentations
7. to work with staff from all levels of the organization
8. Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making
