职位概述
Responsible for planning, conducting, reviewing, and reporting on internal controls over financial reporting and operational audits for the corporation. Provide technical guidance to auditors, ensuring that objectives are met.
岗位职责
1. Develops, directs, and maintains ongoing internal audit programs for the organization.
2. Designs and implements an approved annual development plan for improvement of business processes and internal control over financial reporting.
3. Prepares and carries out an effective annual internal audit plan to meet management and auditor requirements including those of Sarbanes-Oxley 404.
4. Develops, trains and leads a team of auditing staff (including finance and information systems functional areas) to conduct internal audits and generate appropriate working documents and audit reports for management and external auditors.
5. Act as the primary interface with external auditors related to internal controls over financial reporting.
6. Designs risk assessments and complete operational audits of key business processes.
7. Makes recommendations to management and provides advice on the improvement of internal control systems and processes.
8. Performs follow up reviews on the status and progress of implementation of accepted recommendations.
任职条件
1. Periodic travel within China; occasional travel to USA headquarters.
2. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
3. Working knowledge and experience in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance programs desirable.
4. Report to Board of Directors Audit Committee Chairperson administratively; operationally reporting to S.V.P. Admin, China.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
6. Minimum 5 years of Auditing experience or 7 years of combined Auditing and Accounting experience
7. CPA or CIA certification
8. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
9. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors
10. Experience with ERP system operation and design preferable
11. Supervising and team leadership experience required.
