Job Description

Responsible for introducing and selling UFHH packages to individual and institutional clients both inside and outside the hospital.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the introduction and sales of UFHH's services, including postpartum, continuing care, and concierge care services

2. Responsible for relationship management with institutional clients like companies, hotels, schools, and so on.

3. Responsible for patient follow up and satisfaction/quality

4. Works together with BJU, Rehab and other marketing and sales to maintain a cohesive approach to UFH service

5. Assists in the implementation of marketing plans as needed

6. Develops promotions and partnerships with other companies to promote UFHH services

7. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients and UFH employees

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred

2. Completely bilingual—Chinese and English

3. References from previous employer

4. Healthcare industry experience preferred

5. Proactive, self starter; able to work without direct manager instruction.

6. Creative and sensitive

7. Does not "push too hard" on sales; understands that patient clinical outcomes and client satisfactions are first priority.

8. Demonstrates the ability to understand patient and client needs

9. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers.

10. Team player, willing to be flexible and fun

11. Outgoing and friendly
