工作职责：
1. Maintain the relationship with existing customer, develop relationship with new customer.
维护现有客户关系，开拓新客户
2. Collect customer needs, complain and competitor information for PMs, in order to improve internal process.
收集客户需求、投诉及竞争对手信息，提供给PM，以提升内部流程
3. Serve customer to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
客户服务并持续提升客户满意度
4. Continuously checking forecast with key accounts.
持续核查主要客户的需求预估
5. Detecting new opportunities within existing customers. Detecting new customers in existing market. Detecting new market.
寻求现有客户的新销售机会，现有市场的新客户。探索新市场。
6. Minimize the competitor’s threat within customer though relationship management.
通过客户关系管理，最小化竞争对手对客户的影响

岗位要求：
Qualification
1. University degree in engineering or science.
工程或理科类本科学历
2. Component sales experience 3-5 years.
3-5年电子元器件销售经验
3. PC literal proficient. Good command of English.
熟练的电脑文案技巧，良好的英语能力
4. Teamwork spirit, good communication, hardworking, aggressive and persistent.
团队意识，优秀的沟通能力，工作努力、拼搏，持之以恒
