MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Customers / Sales communication

· Work with related department and team to realize sales orders to delivery.

· Customer fill rate measurement, gap analysis and improvement

· Orders follow up

· Back order and order life time follow up

· Order lead time control

· Reminder all missing parts to Procurement on time

· Incomplete order management

· Allocate material to order

· Track and control short term orders

· Any improvement activities, for better customer satisfaction

· Customer return management

· Customer Consignment Stock management

PROFILE:

· Batchelor Degree or above

· Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits

· Be able to work in fast pace environment with positive and aggressive attitude

· Good communication skills
