工作描述：
1.负责与软件工程师、程序员、项目经理进行沟通，了解测试系统、测试需求和项目需求；
2.负责创建和执行分配的测试项目；
3.负责软件测试工作,包括测试计划、测试案例的创建、根据产品情况编写测试报告；
4.熟练使用常用测试工具、Bug跟踪工具；
5.负责自动化测试脚本。

岗位要求：
熟悉PHP, ASP.NET, Ruby等语言；
熟悉自动化测试如RC, Webdriver, IDE等；
熟悉单元测试、功能测试、集成和系统测试；
有全面的IT知识；
有独立完成工作的能力；
有良好的分析能力和逻辑思维能力；
有良好的沟通及适应能力；
英语良好。

Responsibilities:
?Work closely with Project Manager to understand the requirment and scope
?Contributing to documentation and QA planning
?Providing accurate time and effort estimates on work
?Perform testing of the given projects
?Reporting defects and prepare test report
?managing bugs via ticketing system
?Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position

Skills & Requirements:
?Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering /Computer Science
?At least 1 years of experience in software QA and testing (fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
?Able to architect, design, and implement QA and testing methodologies
?Good understanding testing web application, web services, Java and .NET software applications
?Able to develop, execute and automate unit test
?Experience of Performance/Load Testing, Security Testing, Stress Testing, Functional Testing, Scenarios Testing.
?Knowledge of Automate testing tool (Selenium, QTP, etc), Versioin control (svn, git, etc), Vulnerability Scanning Tool (Acunetix, Webcruiser, etc), Load Testing (LoadRunner, etc)
?Experience with working with distributed team
?Good documentation and knowledge management practices
?Must be able to work as part of a team and, be flexible and support colleagues as required
