. 拥有五到十年房地产行业投资的经验，三年以上团队管理经验
· 对地产开发的全链条有一手经验和很深入的理解。有丰富的实务能力，对地产开发全链条非常了解，且具有优秀的系统思考能力
· 具有优秀的长远眼光及商业判断力，对行业发展趋势具有独立的思考
· 具备基本的规划知识和财务分析知识，具备优秀的投资分析能力
· 良好的人际沟通技巧，需熟悉政府关系，要有与政府高层面人士打交道的经验与能力，能从与政府人员的沟通中获取有效信息；
· 有与一级开发商勾兑、突破的能力
· 熟悉土地拓展流程
· 了解中国北方尤其是三线城市的土地市场（最好有山东经验，但不是必须）。
· 交易达力：在过去的经验中应该有可追溯的主导达成交易的历史，可检验的交易实施效果
· 从个性来讲，应具有把远见卓识转化为具体目标的能力，对新环境有极强的适应能力、良好的沟通能力、有主见、有原则而又不墨守成规、思想灵活、思维开放、面对挑战、主动性强，并勇于向高层提出意见及分析、敢于负责及创新
· 本科及以上学历，最好是房地产相关专业但不是必须.
