Our client is an establish international manufacturer who are seeking a highly calibre to join their Facilities Global Project Team as Project Lead, who will responsible for the construction of their new production facility (over 130,000 square metres), secure that the project complies with schedule, budget and quality standard.
As a Project Lead, you will be managing and leading a professional team including Engineers, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors and other supporting services through your past experience to oversee a large-scale project in PRC. You will be responsible for monitoring the project direction and coordinating throughout all project life-cycles including initiation, schematic design, design development, construction, commissioning and occupancy. Gain the necessary overview by ensuring involvement from relevant internal and external stakeholders, and by ensuring or monitoring the construction project according to the contract.
This position would require the candidate to station in Shanghai and hold a degree in, Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent. You will have minimum 10 years' with senior project management on site in China is a must. To be a successful candidate, you must have strong project management skills to ensure programming timing, cost and quality meet the required standard. Fluent in English is a must.
