Environment Description:

Work in highly dynamic and motivating environment for one of the Integrated Logistics Providers. The candidate would be Involved into a Specific Project related to the Customer Service for several Luxury Brands.



Main Responsibilities:

1) Daily communication and relationship with the customer and his suppliers via the existing Hotline/Email.

2) Reception of the calls and treatment of the routine orders and inquiries.

3) Organization of the overland transportation throughout the mainland China.

4) Providing all the necessary documentation support.

5) Providing the daily customer follow-up service & dealing with customers complaints.

6) Supervision of the pick-up team as well as supplier service level supervision.

7) Report to the supervisor in accordance with the specified criteria.



Requirements:

1) Shanghainess, University graduated, 1-3 years of experience in logistics field(experience in third party logistics provider or freight forwarder is better)

2) High sense of responsibility, patience to do duplicated work, good service sense

3) Organized person, outstanding listening, comprehension, negotiation skills is preference

4) Good command of oral and written English(CET-6 or above)

5) Capacity to work in a multinational team and bear pressure(able to OT if needed)

6) IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint are a must
