职位描述
Job responsibilities :
1.Master at least 1 product lines, including application and maintenance;
2.Setup and maintain the working process for the technical support team;
3.Continuously improve the working process to make sure the customer satisfaction;
4.Handle performance management, setting and achieving customer service goals and all aspects of the technical support operations;
5.Coordinate the internal and external employee communication, including problem collecting, information sharing, product training, by using inside and outside resource.
6.Creates a team where employees are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of the company. Train, mentor, recognize, and develop leadership employees for career enhancement and direction.
Job requirements :
1.A College’s degree or above;
2.At least 5 years working experience and engineering background in an operations/customer service environment;
3.The selected candidate must have an understanding of the Company’s business direction and customer requirements and incorporate this understanding to accomplish individual and team objectives;
4.Some supervisory experience is a plus;
5.Excellent leadership, coaching skills and training skills as well as team building and employee development skills with strong performance management and measurement is required; 6.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
7.The ability to develop and maintain strong external and internal customer relationships by identifying and anticipating their needs then meeting/exceeding their requirements and specifications is needed;
8.In addition the selected candidate will have demonstrated results improving service, processes, morale and productivity;
9.Proven ability to motivate a team with demonstrated results improving service, processes, morale and productivity;
10.Demonstrated competence in the use of and application of computer technology that supports the department’s objective or advances service excellence and productivity;
11.Acts as a model to assist team members with adoption of new technology and tools;
12.Proven change management successes and must possess the profile to be a change agent;
13.Models the Company values of Teamwork, Empowerment & Accountability, Learning, Having Fun, Ethics & Integrity and Teamwork
