Job Duties and Responsibility：

1. Supervise and direct the department to follow up the policy and strategic planning of company.
2. Institute the annual managerial plan, budget and expenditure scheme of the department.
3. Develop and support the customer service.
4. Responsible for managerial work of planning on human resources, training and development of personnel in the department and maintain the relevant records.
5. Ensure to provide and finalize sources demanded for the testing work, and supervise the relevant stuff to update technical intelligence and information of testing standard, method ,buyer’s requirement, etc.
6 .Deal with the customer complaint and formulate and follow up according improving scheme and corrective measures.
7.Responsible for the relevant inter-department and cooperation matters.
8.Responsible for appraisal of the ability ,technique, and attitude of the staffs and according adjustment personnel .
9.. Perform any duties assigned by Operation Manager.


Job Requirement
1. 5-10 years working experience with 5 years Lab management experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Master degree or above in Engineering.
4. Excellent written and verbal skill in Chinese and English.
5. Hardworking and learning skill.
