某中高端整车厂 地点：成都 Accounting Supervisor/Manager
职责：
The Accounting Supervisor will mainly focus on accounting area and works for Finance Controller, especially assisting Finance Controller at accounting compliance and internal control related aspects.
●Review manual journal vouchers to ensure compliance with PRC GAAP and VCC FM
●Develop/improve desk procedures to achieve work efficiency
●Play a major role in MCRP review process.
●Track month-end close status and meet Hyperion upload deadline required by headquarter.
●Coordinate on accounts reconciliation and make sure good quality.
●Supervise work in AP team
●Take charge of Haoqing related accounting and reporting.
●Liaise with both external and internal auditors
●Manage and support subordinates
●Other assignment when required.
要求：
Soft skills
● Working proactively.
●CPA is preferred.
● Strong interpersonal skill, good management skill.
● Capable to work under pressure.
Qualifications
● 3 years or more of similar working experience in multinational company
● University degree, major of accounting.
● Good speaking and writing English.
