岗位职责：
根据设备运行状况及维修班组长的指示，开展设备维护及维修活动并积极实施CIP，保证现场生产设备的正常运行，从而使各项生产任务保质保量按时完成。
Maintain or repair the equipment according to the instructions by maintenance team leader or the equipments running status , ensure the normal operation of equipments .
1. 严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程。
Strictly obey the safety regulations of the workshop , participate in all kinds of security activities
2. 通过日常的维修和维护工作实施，保证设备安全、高效运行。
Organize the daily maintenance work and repair work , ensure equipments operating safely and effectively .
3． 按要求节点实施包括TPM在内的预防性维修/维护计划，及时准确填写设备点检卡。
Fill the equipments tally card on time and accurately , implement the maintenance plan including TPM .
4. 参与维修CIP项目的实施,支持生产,工程CIP项目的实施。
Organize the team participate in the implementation of CIP , support the production department to implement CIP project .
5. 快速响应生产的暗灯和呼叫,响应和支持生产现场工艺/设备问题解决。
Quickly response of the light and dark production call . response and support solve the equipment problem in production site , and analyse the equipment’s problem .
6. 参与车间组织的技术培训，不断提高自身能力和素质。
Participate in the skill training organized by workshop , make a progress of self-ability and quality .
7. 服从班组管理，完成班组安排的其它临时性工作。
Obey the team management and complete the arrangements of the other temporary work .
8.生产结束后，对个人负责管理的区域进行保洁，保持区域干净整洁。
Responsible for arranging and cleaning the personal hygiene area after the production finishing

任职资格的具体描述：
中专或技校学历，电气类、机械类相关专业。
Vocational school or above degree
Electrics , machinery or other related major
2年以上设备维修经验。
1 year working experience in equipment maintenance
