Freeze Drying Technology Manager

冻干工艺经理 (工作地点：山东临沂)

The Position:

- FD Products process design, maintenance and improvement.

- Provide guideline and technical support where required to the Linyi factory for all FD product processing.

- To improve the FD process to ensure and increase the quality of the products and reduce the costs.

- To make and adjust Freeze drying curve and parameter based on different raw materials.

- To monitor the operation of machine room in workshop.

- To involve in new products development projects.

- To provide new idea and proactive plan to continuously improve the process level.

- To be based in Linyi Factory.

The Person:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Food Technology or related subject.

- Possess solid FD theory knowledge, technology and process control.

- Minimum 5 years freeze dried products process experience in a fruit/vegetable manufacture company.

- Good Manufacturing and quality control background with knowledge of GMP,HACCP, foods safety.

- Strong Technical Analytical skills and problem-resolving skills.

- Initiative, diligent and able to work under pressure.

- Good communication skills.

- English above CET-4 level.
