设计协调（经理级）

岗位职责：

1. 负责项目建筑结构专业设计协调，并统筹其他专业；

2. 协助项目报批报建工作；

3. 与顾问、设计院及施工单位沟通，审核变更洽商；

4. 统筹施工过程中的各项技术工作。

任职要求：

1. 具备设计院建筑或结构专业设计经验，同时具备相同工作经历或施工单位技术总工经历优先；

2. 熟悉施工现场，熟悉设计规范和施工规范；

3. 具备高度地责任心和良好的团队精神。
