Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
The projects plans manage
Detail 0.1 according to the total projects plans to make the relative action plan at different period.
Detail 0.2 trace and carry out the plans.
Detail 0.3 ensures the projects plans are finished better on time.
Detail 0.4 collect correctly the projects documents and test data, keep in the archives.
Equipment historical record and analysis
Detail 1.1 Establish equipment downtime record and historical databases.
Detail 1.2 to statistic and analysis key equipment performance, downtime, problems categories, parts changed and to come out with PM improvement indicators to reduce the breakdown rate.
Detail 1.3 to statistic and analysis key equipment performance, downtime, problems categories, and parts changed and to come out with spare parts control improvement indicators.
Spare parts management
Detail 2.1 to set up the spare part list including the stock level.
Detail 2.2 Apply localization progress based on delivery, quality and cost aspects.
Detail 2.3 to improve or perfect the spare part list through the analysis of the historical database.
PM activity
Detail 3.1 PM document will be established on equipments.
Detail 3.2 to review and improve PM schedule to come up with sufficient different levels of PM plan based on "detail 1.2" to reduce the breakdown rate.
Detail 3.3 built and perfect equipments’ BOM.
Responsibility for troubleshooting
Detail 4.1 quick actions on corrective maintenance to reduce the downtime.
Detail 4.2 to analysis the root cause for the failure and come out the improving or preventive action plan. Detail4.3 records the failure history.
Maintenance or project team build up and training
Detail 5.1 Give training for new hired maintenance staff.
Detail 5.2 Describe at least 75% of all major equipments maintenance SWI.
Support on EHS, ISO14000/9001 and cost reduction requirements
Detail 6.1 to fulfil all requirements from ISO14000/9001and cost reduction requirements within the required time.
Detail 6.2 quick actions on maintenance related corrective & improvement action regarding LOTO implementation, dust spills, equipment unsafe conditions, 5S in maintenance area, etc.
Detail 6.3 organize to calibrate the gauge meters and equipments and built the account book
Detail 6.4 Strictly follows all relevant quality procedures and requirements.
Detail 6.5 Strictly follows all relevant EHS procedures and requirements.

Qualification 本职位任职要求：

1. Undergraduate degree, electric speciality, full-time institutions of higher education; Better in English and / or Cross-cultural Communication major.
2. Over 5 year experience as above electric engineer, preferably in Western company
3. Excellent Chinese and English capability in both read and written capacities
4. Team work, clear strengths in communications, sense of urgency, and commitment to success.
5. Ability to work in a matrix environment under pressure and aggressive schedules, stress - resistant
6. Manage ability & qualification to work in 35KV transform/ supply electric power system. Familiar with diesel engine & generator.
7. Excellent in PLC, Siemens Fcs & high efficiency office ability.
8. Experience of project manages.
9. Excellent in building maintenance TPM system
