Purpose of the position职位要求

产品开发是公司的产品的导向者，关乎产品更新频率和更新质量；要求开发者具有广阔的开发头脑和开发视野；要求开发者熟悉产品的各种要求和规格。

产品开发有能力自己去开发产品，有能力要求更改设计和修改设计方案；对产品的大方向做到步步到位，步步协调，直到把产品完美的开发出来；

Product development guides the development direction of company’s products, relating to product update frequency and quality. Required developer has wide mind and vision, knowing various production methods, request and specification.

Independent develops new products, update and complete the drawing and design.

Minimum qualifications基本要求：

产品开发是一个有压力的工作岗位，担负着对产品开发的工作责任；需要做到工作认真、态度坚定一致，在完成开发的同时，要做到对公司费用的节约利用；

产品开发要和图纸设计以及公司领导做到经常沟通，及时汇报产品进展和技术要求等问题，产品开发要和公司的每个部门都相互沟通，做到资源共利用；

Product development is a pressure job, require work seriously, firm attitude, while in the completion of development to achieve economical use of company’s costs.

Keep communication with leadership of the company and drawing designer, timely reporting of products progress and technical requirements, communicate with each department.

Competencies

业务能力：熟悉玻璃产品的各种工艺，对玻璃产品的质量比较透彻。对不同的玻璃产品可以分析出生产时所注意的问题和容易发生产品的质量问题；

Operational capacity: knowing several of glassware production methods and quality requirement. Analyzing problems of quality and others during the production are according to different glassware.
