• Prescreener(生产修方员--工作地点：青岛市城阳区)

  主要职责：

  · 按照设定的规则正确处理所有的订单配方。

  · 及时修正染色不良产品的颜色以减少定单延期。

  · 重新检查所有染色不良的颜色并做出适当的处理(适当的处理即应该对该配方重新调整配方, 并将调整后的结果保存于系统, 以确保该配方下次生产时可直接用于大货生产。

  · 确保每天都对FAIL订单进行分析, 并将异常结果及时反馈给组长或当班主管。

  · 打印染单，度色，物料添加等。

  · 加强与部门其他团队的沟通和合作, 确保部门目标达成(RFT, CMC, Re-dye rate, Delay)。

  · 在SedoMaster上对订单进行排序。

Job Description:

· Ensure all production order has been pre-screened properly according to the pre-screening rules.

· Ensure failed batches are re-dyed properly and scheduled in Machine immediately.

· Ensure that all failed color has been post prescreened properly, which means re-correction, re-prediction or send to lab for re-matching for next bulk dyeing.

· Ensure that daily WFT performance review is performed and reported.

· Print the drugline, color measurement, material mapping .etc.

· Communicate and cooperate with other teams to make sure that all dye-house relating objectives are met(RFT, CMC, Re-dye rate, Delay).

· Schedule all production orders on Sedo Planboard according to the colour sequence.

职位要求：

1. 专科以上学历，染整专业或有染整岗位从业经验一年以上者优先考虑（染整专业应届毕业生也可考虑）。

2. 性格开朗、乐观，良好的沟通技巧，积极的工作态度，能承受压力，富有团队合作精神，能够适应三班工作。

3. 良好的英语读写能力，能够独立操作使用office软件。
