Roles:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating marketing and sales strategies to enhance the brand name, increase the traffic flow, increase the enrolment of the Club Membership (Marina Club), and ultimately, enhance the revenue and meeting the financial objectives of the property and the Club in Zhongshan.
Providing leadership to the Sales and Marketing team-To bulid team work motivate the team to out-perform and add values to both the customers visitors and the Company
Achieving the KPI and the financial objectives.
Personally responsible for taking care of the key, major and critical accounts.
Planning and implementing promotional events, public relations program, and communication channels to attract the traffic.

The Ideal Candidate:
Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years working experience (on a senior level) in managing a luxury brand, or a world class leisure club, or a luxury car brand.
Solid experience in advertising, promotion, public relations, event organizing, etc. will be essential.
Previous working contacts with celebrities, senior executives (corporations), senior government officials, or affiliation with one or more premier clubs will be advantageous (But NOT a prerequisite)
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Conversation level).
Excellent presentation, communication and social skills will be essential.
