Essential Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Manages financial activities in the plant giving primary guidance to direct reports. Ensures periodic financial and manufacturing reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner for each as well as combination of the two divional facilities. Ensures conformity with both US GAAP and local accounting standards.

2. Performs analytical reviews of monthly financial statements. Make recommendations to plant and divisional management as to areas of improvement on manufacturing efficiency. Work across company lines to track and review capital expenditures and functional spending aimed for continuous profitability improvement.

3. Manages annual budget process and rolling forecast. Prepares assumptions, in consultation with plant management that each department will use in preparing its budget. Track variances to budget and forecasts, explaining and reporting them to management.

4. Ensures compliance with corporate and divisional policies. In particular, implement adequate and effective SOX controls and procedures to produce reliable, accurate and timely financial results.

5. Directs the entity’s treasury and tax businesses. Assure duly preparation and submisison of cash forecasts. Conduct entity level tax planning for savings opportunities while abiding by customs and tax regulations.

6. Coordinates external and internal audits.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. Masters in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Experience:

Over 5 years of finance controller experience in MNC.

Fluent English both in oral and written. Good interpersonal skills, writing abilities and business judgment. Prefer to have certain auditor experiences in big 4s etc.

Certifications:

Requires a thorough knowledge of policies and objective and extensive knowledge of related business and professional elements. May require interpretation or development of general orders or policies.
