Job Description:
The role will focus on providing facility supporting regarding equipment installation and commissioning and establishing Facility system for FL site at the beginning, once the system set up the responsible scope will extend to whole facility system.

Maintenance:
? Handle routine work request, to ensure system running well and accord with EHS/GMP/AIB regulations.
? Study the requested work with the affected department to know their requirement, analyze and summarize the cause of equipment accidents, improve the maintenance performance.
? Search the qualified supplier to provide the engineering proposal and quotation, and discuss the proposal with affected department to meet company's safety, quality, efficiency requirement.
? Control the project cost within the budget, validate the project with the affected department after the project is completed,
? Responsible for SOP of equipment and machine and power system, adjust SOP in time if needed.

Facility:
? Manage facility maintenance service contractor (These contractors are responsible for the maintenance service of HVAC system, Fire protection system, telephone system, forklifts, Elevators, air compressor, calibration etc.), Evaluate their performance regularly and push them to meet our requirement.
? Maintain the power distributing system, water supply system, steam supply system, water treatment system in good condition to ensure plant's smooth operation.
? Responsible for preventive maintenance, repair job, equipment modification, decrease equipment breakdown time, and ensure no impact to normal production.
? Spare parts management.
? Schedule the PM plan according to the production plan, validation on the project with the affected department after the project is completed.

Requirement:
? BEng / BSc in electronics, instrumentation & process control engineering, or related.
? 5+ years working experience of engineering in Multinational Company.
? Fluent in English.
? Strong analytical mind and structured personality.
? Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, software;
? Good business knowledge in contractor management;
? Good communication skill.
