1. This position will act as a product formulator/chemist with good skills in silicone product formulation development.
2. It is good to have organic chemistry synthesis background.
3. PhD degree in polymer chemistry or material science with good understanding about most of analytical methods for chemicals and compounded materials are required.
4. It is needed to demonstrate good teamwork in an innovative research team and actively contribute ideas and technical critiques to the group's work.
5. Good English communication skills with working experience in Multi National Company are preferred.
6. The candidates can present and communicate periodic progress results with global team with well organized presentations.
