Qualifications:
? Welding Engineer or Welding Metallurgy Degree.
? Experience in writing Weld Procedure Specifications for critical applications.
? Good communication skills in Chinese & English.
? Thorough understanding of metallurgy & all welding processes
? Thorough understanding of the hard facing market in China.
? Proven success in previous technical sales role with hard facing & filler metal products.
? Business account management of a reasonable standard.
? Ability to establish & maintain excellent customer relationships.
? Good communication skills & attitude towards customer issues on site.
? Must work well under pressure in difficult situations.
? Attention to detail & good business sense.
Responsibilities:
? Actively promote & support the growth of Hardfacing products throughout China.
? Demonstrate product at End-user premises, delivering results beyond the customers expectations.
? Deliver excellent results with hard facing & filler metal sales increases.
? Professionally establish & maintain relationships with Distributors & End-User customers.
? Maximize sales opportunities with all levels of customers.
? Address customer sales issues in a timely & professional manner.
? Representprofessionally whilst aggressively securing business.
? Work well together with theSales & Technical Team.
? Respond efficiently to directives from Regional Sales Manager
? Conduct business within the guidelines set out by Sales Director.
