Stock Management Supervisor belongs to the Warehouse team of the Logistics department and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

This team is in charge of the management of the Warehouse to guarantee the supply and replenishment to the shops of Beaumanoir Group located in Asia.

Mission

Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager, the mission of the Stock Management Supervisor is to manage the stock and storage of the goods.

Stock Management Supervisor should cooperate on a daily basis with the Inbound and Outbound Operations Manager to ensure that the Warehouse can achieve its targets.



Key Duties & Activities

Stock Management

Stock Management Supervisor is responsible for planning and controlling all stock management activities:
o Lead the daily operations: put-away, stock transfer, goods replenishment, return un-scanned goods, inventory, and implement the best practices,
? Always have space/location available for storage
? Picking fulfillment rate > 99.5%
? Optimize goods storage to improve picking productivity;
o Keep stock accuracy: the Manager should plan and organize the physical inventory check on a regular basis and stock adjustment in system to make sure stock is accurate.
o Optimize the stock and prepare space in advance based on the forecast of the upcoming reception and picking volume.
o Organize all activities of the stock management team & assign jobs accordingly for staff.

Meanwhile, he/she is a significant resource for the continuous development and improvement of the Warehouse:
o Support the Warehouse Manager according to the different season, models, etc, and to increase the warehouse storage capacity according to Company's objectives and development,
o Monitor the goods flow (goods in - storage - goods out) in each stage, to better understand the life cycle of goods,
o Update the working handling procedures according to the changing situations.

In case of any problem, alert the Warehouse Manager and, if necessary, the related departments in order to implement the adapted corrective actions.

Stock Management Supervisor, as a coordinator, must build strong relationships with Stock Allocation team and purchase functionally related departments.

Besides, he/she must communicate and coordinate on a regular basis with the inbound and outbound team to ensure overall smooth Warehouse operation.


Security & Maintenance

o Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met
o Maintain in a good shape the materials in the Warehouse,
o Keep the working environment neat & clean (result over 96%).


Monitoring stock management indicators

o Stock Management Supervisor is the main responsible person to keep stock management KPI to reach target,
o Establish, announce & follow up the stock management performance report on annual, monthly, weekly and even daily level, and use them as a basis for action plans,
o Support the Warehouse Manager to follow up & control the warehouse budget.



Management of the Stock Management team

Optimize the team organization and the responsibilities of all the team members:
? Control that the processes of the Stock Management work are followed by the team,
? Review and Improve, if it is necessary, the processes of the Stock Management team in order to improve the working conditions
? Train the team to make it grow,
Lead and coach the Stock Management team so that it can reach high level of performances,
Set clear objectives to the team members and ensure that all of them complete their tasks,
Communicate and give accurate directions to the team in order to let them know about the decisions taken,
Improve the loyalty and limit the stock management team operators' TO rate to less than 15%.
