Responsibilities: -
- Conduct independent QA inspections in different china areas and some other Asia countries
- Inspect garment color, measurements and overall quality
- Deliver quality requirements of both raw materials and garments to factories clearly
- Check if raw materials used for production are of acceptable quality
- Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases
- Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports
- Provide technical advice to factories to solve garment production and quality problems
- Provide advice / make judgment of whether the machinery could fulfill the production needs and manufacture quality products
- Identify the causes of production problems that could consequently have an impact on product quality
- Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on product quality
- Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements

Requirement: -
- Diploma/Degree in textile, design or garment technology
- Adequate English skills both in verbal and written form to work with Shanghai and Spain team
- 3-10 years in garment technology or quality assurance area with garment manufacturer, buying office/agent and trader with good experience in kids Garment
- Good knowledge and experience in kids wear safety assurance
- Recognize the importance of meeting quality standards for business objectives and brand requirements
- A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand's quality standard
- Listen to others and is receptive to their ideas and perspectives
- Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues
- Refer problems that cannot be addressed to the appropriate resources in a timely manner
- Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines
- Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility and staying in factory in China and Asia area
