职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first line support to office electronic equipment, include but not limit to: Server, Video Conference equipment, telephone system, PC.
2. Install,configue and maintain computer hardware/software, printers, and other peripherals.
3. Document, trouble-shoot and resolve Help Desk inquiries related to software installation, computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
4. Fully Document all relevant information including the impact to the customer, problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion, and assign appropriate priority in the service desk system.
5. Communicate internally within the IT department and externally with the customer through resolution.
6. Resolve as many problems and requests as possible without reassignment/escalation and within service desk time parameters, using documented procedures and available tools.
7. Assist in the development of existing and creation of new Information Technology policies and procedures.
8. Performs system backups as required, provide excellent customer service, via phone, email and in person, demonstrate good follow through techniques, assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
1. PC and server Trouble-shooting and setup in a Microsoft environment, familiar with Windows Server, PC hardware software maintenance
2. Minimum 3 years experience in IT support role with Associates Degree in computer science or more than 5 years experience in similar role in IT department
3. CET-4, good reading and writing skills, able to do oral communication in English on daily support.
4. Be able to address issues proactively and respond with minimal direction.
