Responsibilities:

? Management of installation works on offshore projects worldwide to the time, quality and budget anticipated in the project planning

? Budgeting, time scheduling, planning and execution of the installation of offshore wind farms. Internal reporting to Senior Project Manager

? Following up on logistic issues

? Tender and Contracting process with subcontractors. Management of subcontractors

? Management of equipment and tools

? Internal coordination with other departments and support functions

? Conduct own work in compliance with national and international legislation

Conduct own work in compliance with internal Company standards e.g. in regards to Quality, HSE, processes etc.

? Reporting on HSE issues and incidents wherever occurring

? Actively contribute to environmental protecting activities, e.g. responsible handling of waste and substances

React on / report on deviations from implemented and valid procedures, instructions and documents


Requirements:

Project Management experience. Site Management experience

"Experience from complex installation projects

Experience from wind power, steel, offshore or marine business"

Being a team lead for a site team of 3 - 5 persons

Open-minded approach to people and high degree of intercultural awareness


Knowledge:

Degree within Engineering, Project Management or Logistic or

Technical background on craftsman level

Skills as a creative problem solver

Willing to conduct necessary training

Excellent communications skills

Advanced English orally and in writing
