Key responsibilities
?Work in the PA team and collaborate with other teams within Distribution. For instance teams in marketing, sales, customers service...
?Collaborate with main agency, including giving briefs on new project, lead and monitor the development of PR activities.
?Collaborate with purchasing when services and projects are negotiated with agencies or other vendors.
?Run day-to-day projects and/or events to ensure the quality of work meets business objectives and provide value;
?Manage constructive relations with news media in China to support strong communications within China market;
?Manage dealer level communications
?Plan and organize media fleet car program with agency's assistance
?Collaborating with after sales and CRM functions for product recall and issues handlings;
?Facilitate executive communications with media;
?Develop and review materials - e.g. new releases, Q&As, speeches, presentations, facts sheets, backgrounders, biographies, newsletters, collateral materials;
?Plan and execute nameplate brand communication programs in China, to deliver strong media coverage support to the M&S objectives;
?Plan and execute specific marketing activities for product actions, including product launches, test drive activities, product reviews and auto shows;
?Manage agency and administration duties such as discussions with suppliers, billing and financial reporting;

Academic Qualifications Required
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in communications, marketing or Journalism;

Experience Required
2 years plus working experiences in corporate and marketing communications. 2 years plus automotive product PR experience or experience from a multinational corporation or PR consulting agency;
Customer-orientated, independent, results-driven and teamwork spirit;
Strong oral, editing and written skills both in Chinese and English
Ability to think creatively
Ability to plan day to day work and lead projects like test drives, press conferences etc.
Proficient in computer software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
