瑞典公司招聘中国区销售经理,工作地点上海长宁区
Job Description:
1. Responsible for Quincy Compressor sales in China.
2. Grow new Quincy Compressor businesses.
3. Maximize and defend existing businesses and market share.
4. Continually improve customer relationship.
5. Set up business development strategy for short term and long term
6. Set and achieve budgets by product, territory, volume, price, revenue and costs.
7. Direct sales team in the winning of new businesses and defense of existing businesses.
8. Distributor development and management.
9. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits.
10. This position will report to G.M
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience of sales;
2. Compressor knowledge and application knowledge is preferred.
3. Experience in industrial products is preferred.
4. Strategic skill is required, able to develop strategic plan.
5. High sense of quality, urgency, work ethic
6. Ability to set and meet goals and priorities for self and others with minimal supervision
7. A high degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel.
8. Demonstrated high level of energy, initiative, strong internal motivation, and an ability to work both independently and as part of an effective team.
9. Proficiency English and strong computer skill.
10. Bachelor's Degree or above
11. Sales experiences or market experiences are required (at least 5 years).
12. Very good communication skills.
13. Fluent spoken and written English is necessary
14. Strong analytical skills
