II. Purpose
Support development of regional product portfolio and strategy
Focal contact point to receive regional market feedbacks from market planning organization
Management of global/regional portfolio approval process

1. Global Technology Planning & Competitive Intelligence 50% Regional/Global Support for Portfolio Integration Manager
- - Assist development of regional technology strategy and rollout plans
- - Assist competitive intelligence research and analysis to support regional program development
- - Assist development of regional technology planning regular meeting
- Leading process
- - Proactively interface with IO market planning and program teams to facilitate regional consolidation for technology needs
- - Facilitate regional technology planning meetings and coordinate regional tasks to develop market needs and technology plans
- - Facilitate periodical regional competitive intelligence meeting and facilitate regional motorshow & launch report plans
- - Support development of monthly CI report for IO Product Forum and for other product meeting as required
- - Conduct research and market analysis of technology and competitors' plans
Support for GVDP gate reviews
- Support regional program teams to provide technology and CI data for GVDP gate review deloverables
2. Supports for Product Portfolio Planning Initiatives 35% Regional Support on regional portfolio development activities
- Research market opportunities for new portfolio entries
- Framing of new portfolio initiatives
- Market data analysis to support new initiatives
- Studies to support regional strategies
- Consolidated market feedback to program review gates
- Support on regional electrification planning
3. Support on Regional Program Management review Meeting 5% Regional - Support to facilitate regional monthly VPR meeting
Coordinate schedule and agenda
Follow up action items from the meeting
4. Team Administration Supports 10% Local Intern Recruitment / Training
- Coordinate with HR on functional intern interview / recruitment
- Facilitate orientation and day to day coaching to help development of intern resources
- Utilize intern resources to conduct portfolio development activities

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies
Knowledge:
? Good knowledge of automotive products and technologies
? Good knowledge of vehicle development process
? Good knowledge of data research and analysis
Skills:
? High level of interest and passion on automotive products and technologies
? High level of personal / interpersonal skills under multi cultural environment
? High ability to identify the issues among the multiple stake holders and propose resolution
? Fluent English language skill in writing, reading and speaking
Experience/Education:
? More than 3 years of working experience in automotive business planning
? University graduate
Competencies:
? High level of organizational skills
? High level time / change management skills, able to work under extreme challenging timeline
? Highly proactive mindset to lead multiple stake holders
