World Famous Insurance Company IT Business Analyst Position

主要职责
- Support old system data migration to new core system project to satisfy the business requirements and the project schedule.
- Lead the data migration on data scope discussion, user cooperation, SIT, UAT, and so on.
- Lead and control user requirement on Data Scope, support user UAT activities to satisfy the objectives on testing quality, time and cost
- Interpret business requirement, document business analysis specification according to company standard
- Communicate with International Business Analysis team and help to implement any new function or new IT project in future.
- Analysis and assist the vendor or internal developers to implement new IT project, assist the IT production team to roll-out the new projects.
- Provide professional technical or management advices to other users or other IT colleagues on this role leaded project systems, provide professional advices on system or application’s efficiency, stability, flexibility or quality enhancement.
- Attend regular team meeting, submit regular job report to core system head.

岗位要求
- University degree in Computing related education background or equivalent ,Master preferred
- Above 4 years on IT industry experiences of which 3 years above insurance or financial industry business analyst experience.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill,
- Good writing skill in both Chinese and English
- Rapid learning skill
- Good IT knowledge on Data Warehouse, BI, Insurance Modules, etc.
- Relatively Good IT knowledge in both IT Application and architecture, and Hardworking and able to show
- professional life insurance business knowledge
- Very positive working attitude on team work good performance in high pressure
- Good Time Management and strict individual discipline
