Position: Finance Director -Fortune 500 Foreign Manufacturing Company
Report to: GM of the JV (Direct)
CFO (Functionally)
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: SH
Responsibilities:
#Lead the finance and accounting team of the company. A major challenge in the first year of the JV creation will be to lead the integration for finance and IT matters in coordination with China headquarter and external consultants. This role offers a great opportunity within an international group, leader in its sector with a strong the exposure to top management;
#Manage the JV finance and accounting team of more than 15 people;
#Classical responsibilities of managing accounts, tax, budgets, strategic planning and financial control, internal controls and cash;
#Responsibilities includes IT Network and systems;
#Responsible for implementing the integration plan for finance and It matters;
#Note: In these tasks the Financial director will have the full support of all central finance and IT team at China HQ level.
Requirements:
#Strong finance, accounting, and operational background with a minimum of 8 years experience;
#The candidate can justify from a minimum of 3 years experience of managing an F&A team in China CPA;
#Ability to Work with cross-functional teams, and HQ Finance team to plan, scope, and execute in a timely manner;
#Attention to detail, organized, and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements;
#Ideally from the industry, an experience in an international company is a plus;
#Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint;
#English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
