Sales Engineer

工作职责
Key Responsibilities

根据部门经营目标，协助销售经理分析国内、国外整车市场；编制更新销售计划，完成部门下达的各项销售指标；建立和发展客户关系，根据客户要求，协助编制对外商业文件，确保销售工作顺利进行。
According to department operation objectives, assist sales manager in analyzing entire car market both at home and abroad, update marketing plans, accomplish sales targets, establish and develop customer relations, assist the draft of external business documents, insure sale task go on wheels

1.收集、分析、并及时更新国内外相关市场信息,并协助销售及市场主管预测公司现有和潜在客户的发展动态及其产销量
Collect, analyze and timely update related market information at home and abroad, assist sales and market supervisor in forecasting development of existed and potential customers and
2.通过各种途径开发潜在客户。
search latent client
3.编制客户满意度调查计划，并按时实施。
make and carry out investigation plan of customer satisfaction
4.销售合同草案的编制、校对及合同的管理。
write ,proof and manage the draft of sale contract
5.根据订单制定、及时更新和传递销售计划，并配合相关部门编制生产计划。
refresh and transfer sale plan,assist relevant dept. make produce plan according to order form.
6.组织相关部门进行合同评审，保证产量达到顾客要求。编制发货计划，组织发货。为供货的及时性负责

7.销售统计报表，保证及时、准确地发布销售信息
Compile sales statistic forms, Timely report correct sales information.
8.落实并完成部门下达的各项销售指标
Fulfill sales objectives allocated by department.
9.顾客财务管理

10.上级交办的临时任务
temporary task delivered by supervisor

职位任职条件
Basic Requirements
1. 2年以上销售工作经验
2+ years experience in sales
2. 熟练掌握英文说读写
3. 熟练掌握办公软件
Proficient in Office
4. 良好的市场分析和预测技能。
Good market analysis and forecast skill and ability
5. 熟悉自动变速器的结构与工作原理
familiar with configuration and work theory of auto transmission
6. 掌握合同评审,管理流程与制度
master the ability of contract evaluation,manage flow and system
7. 使用SAP销售模块
use sale module of SAP
