工艺工程师
Technics Engineer


职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives
新产品的过程开发，工艺管理与及时更新，保证生产顺利进行，产品质量和生产效率持续提高
process research of new product, technics management and refresh in time, insure produce going on wheels, continue improve product quality and efficiency

1.对新产品进行制造过程的设计和开发。包括完成过程流程图、确定过程特殊特性，编制PFMEA，作业指导书。
process research and design of new product, include finish process flow, confirm process particularity, write and review PFMEA,SOP
2.参与设备选型、协助采购物流部进行技术洽谈，参与设备验收。
help choose equipment, assist P&L for technique negotiate, joint check and accept equipment
3.进行车间生产物流区域规划并持续改进。
help layout mark out plant produce area and continue improve it
4.保证工艺文件处于即时更新状态，与图纸相符、监督检查工艺规程、工艺纪律的执行情况。
insure technics files in fresh condition, and comply with drawing ,supervise and check the implement of technics regulations and technics discipline
5.计算、核实、统计、分析工序节拍，采取措施减少非生产时间的消耗，提高工作效率
calculate, verity, stat. and analyze working procedure time, take action to reduce non produce time, improve efficiency
6.协助进行体系审核、过程审核（包括公司内审和第二方、第三方审核），并对不符合项制定并实施纠正预防措施。
help system audit and process audit(include inner and exterior),make and carry out correct and prevent step to fall short of item
7. 参与、监督和支持工装、夹具及设备等的设计、复制、测试、验证、改进等工作，协助采购工程师与工装、夹具及设备等供应商进行技术洽谈，并参与验收。
joint, supervise and support design, copy, test and improvement issues of frock, clamp and equipment ,help purchase engineer negotiate with vendor of technics issues
8. 列出并及时更新工装、夹具清单，协助并监督生产辅助仓库管理员的工装、夹具管理工作。 制订工装夹具管理制度。
list frock and clamp and update it in time, help and supervise auxiliary warehouse management's work. Jig & Fixture development of management system
9.列出零件、生产辅料明细（例如油品），配合采购物流进行生产物流规划和制定采购计划。
list accessory and produce assistant material(such as oil),cooperate p & l deal with logistic layout and purchase plan
10.协助质量保证部进行质量分析，如有必要，编写临时工艺、变更工艺或增加防错措施。
assist QA dept. handle quality analyze, write TECN or add defend fault step if needed
11.协助生产制造部对员工进行工艺及操作方面的培训及指导
help training operator in technics and operate
12.与HQ产品工程部保持密切联系，以获取最新制造过程信息。
keep touch with PE dept. of HQ, get very fresh manufacture process information


职位任职条件
Basic Requirements
1. 至少1年工艺相关工作经历
at least one year technics experience
2. 流利,CET6及以上
fluent, CET or above
科技德语熟练
technology German
3. 熟悉办公软件,熟悉UG、CAD等制图软件加分
familiar with office, be familiar with UG,CAD preference
4. 工装夹具供应商：技术洽谈及验收
frock and clamp vendor:technics negotiate,check and accept
5. 客户及TS审核公司：配合体系及过程审核
customer and audit company:help system and process audit
