Receive and analyze customer complaint. Ensure the runs of all departments meet the demand of quality system as well as customers, and improve continuously. Plan Capacity and capability of subordinates

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

1.给予下属协助和指导
Support and supervise subordinates
2.定期组织内部审核，发出整改通知并跟踪纠正措施的实施
Plan regular internal audits，issue non-confirming notices and ensure follow up of corrective actions
3.运用工具管理内部质量。
Develop strategies to ensure acceptable internal quality
4.组织定期产品审核和返回变速箱的分析，及时通报分析结果，组织和递交8D报告。
Plan regular product audit and analysis of return transmissions, forward analysis result in time. Organize and submit 8D report.
5.编制月度质量报告
Work together with Q-IM and Q-PS for monthly Quality report
6.组织公司各部门迎接外部审核
Prepare company for external audits
7.组织和配合进行体系审核
Coordinate system audit
8.对下属进行培养、考核，不断提高员工素质
improve the capabilities of subordinates by training and assessment
9. 上级交办的临时任务
Temporary task delivered by Q-Manager



职位任职条件Basic Requirements

1. 6年以上汽车工业行业相关岗位工作经验；
6+ work experience related to car manufactory
2. 本科或以上的学历,机械制造或相关专业
Bachelor or above, major in machine building or other related major
3. 有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
Fluently English in writing, listening, reading and speaking
4. 另会德语优先
Would be a plus
5. 熟悉MS Office
Familiar with MS Office
6. 质量工程师
Quality Engineer
