Mission of function
? Support the department manager and lead SRE facility maintenance team to ensure normal manufacturing /office work;
? To support to achieve the department target and cost saving;
? To support the department manager to complete the new facility projects and contribute the continuous improvement progress;

Task
?Responsible for all aspects in terms of facility maintenance. Facility operations, included preventive maintenance
?Manage the facility related consumables availability
?Management of tender processes and service provider contracts
?Act as an interface between SMTS Management and SRE Management in terms of all related topics in line with the REIP Projects
? Team building
? Cost saving and 3I
? Support SRE facility project and continuous improvement completion

Knowledge
? Facility maintenance knowledge
? Project management
? Team building leadership management
? Problems shotting skill

Experience
? > 5 years working experience of facility operation maintenance and repairing and engineering background
? Know TPM program and PM
? Experienced on cost saving
? Have the experience on construction and facility installation/ repairing/ improvement project management
? At least take the team leader over 5 people
